Working with product designers, I created complex journeys for insurance and financial products across the MoneySuperMarket site. I also conducted regular research and user testing to refine and improve the on-site experience.

I was part of the team that created SuperSaveClub - a new flagship rewards platform for the business. This involved creating all UX copy and content design for the platform, across web and app.
